An initiative is underway for part-time and full-time faculty without tenure to form a union at the University of Rochester.
Organizing such faculty — called contingent faculty — is part of a national trend, which has seen unions formed at more than 40 colleges, including the University of Chicago and Duke University. Read Full Article
